What you will do:

You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with partner organizations to deploy & innovate on network management solutions that address complex technical challenges in monitoring modern telecommunications networks.

  • Design, deploy and configure robust and scalable fault management solutions to support our operations teams.
  • Be responsible for the quality of the deployed solutions and propose incremental system evolutions to address day-to-day challenges.
  • Proudly & proactively look for opportunities to solve our internal stakeholders’ needs.
  • Excel at delivering quality solutions in full alignment with the plan by respecting both given time and budget.
  • Grow in an environment which allows full engagement in all the aspects of the solutioning such as design, development, testing and support.
  • Collaborate with both external partners and internal stakeholders always striving to augment both your knowledge of the domain and your professional circle.

 

What you bring:

  • Bilingual (French and English) to collaborate with colleagues on a national scale.
  • You have an industry recognised Computer Science or software engineering degree, coupled with at least 3 years of expertise in integration of applied software solutions.
  • Demonstrated abilities to simplify and communicate complex situations clearly.
  • You are an individual who is enthusiastic about teamwork, delivering formidable customer experiences through innovative solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux command-line environment.
  • You can efficiently use scripting languages to build small automation or monitoring components.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging SQL to query large datasets.
  • Experience with fault monitoring platforms such as Netcool is a plus.
  • Knowledge of modern telecommunications networks is a plus.
