As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering and supporting enterprise Fault Management, Automation and Operations Support Systems. You will work closely with business and operational stakeholders to understand their needs and help transform those requirements into effective technological solutions.

 

This role combines software development, security and operations (DevSecOps), you will contribute throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis through implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support.
 

What you'll do:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand monitoring and operational challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, configure, implement, and support Fault Management solutions.
  • Integrate network elements, applications, and data sources into enterprise automation and alarm management platforms.
  • Develop and maintain applications, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions using Java and Python.
  • Lead software development activities following DevSecOps and secure development best practices.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data integrations.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle WebLogic environments and related middleware technologies.
  • Support Linux-based applications and environments.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and production implementation activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve operational efficiency and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Contribute to platform evolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive assigned initiatives to successful completion while ensuring quality and operational stability.

 

What you bring:

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in software development.
  • Proven experience leading projects from requirements gathering through implementation and production deployment.
  • Strong software development experience using Java and Python.
  • Experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting Oracle WebLogic environments.
  • Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and secure software delivery practices.
  • Experience working in Linux environments.
  • Experience analyzing business needs and documenting technical requirements.
  • Experience with SQL, databases, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications networks and OSS ecosystems is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
