The Sr Director Marketing Quebec and Atlantic is accountable for in quarter delivery of Rogers and Fido Wireless KPI’s in these regions, including share and ARPU improvement, pricing, competitive intelligence and quarterly planning. This role will engage with internal and external partners and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and maximize impact. They will lead, inspire, develop, and support a high-performing marketing delivery organization.

What you will do:
•    Design and prioritize in quarter marketing programs and plan the Quebec & Atlantic regional wireless quarterly calendar to attract the right customers and drive retention of existing base
•    Design the Quebec & Atlantic regional quarterly execution calendar including the creation of plans to grow subscribers and achieve revenue targets
•    Analyze local market performance across Quebec and Atlantic and competitive market analysis to identify opportunities
•    Partner with Brand, Sales and Channel Marketing teams to develop and implement marketing programs
•    Partner with Finance, Sales and Brand teams to develop forecasts for all brands
•    Monitor performance against the targets
•    Support the design and implementation of gap programs as required
•    Develop pricing strategies for differentiated offers
•    Define migration prices/offers intra-brand and inter-brand
•    Define wireless / residential cross-sell pricing strategies and rate cards
•    Recruit and develop the right talent
•    Ensure teams clearly understand their accountabilities
•    Develop strong cross functional working relationships with key stakeholders 
•    Attract, develop, and retain top marketing talent, building a high-performing team with diverse skills and experience.
•    Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing organization.
•    Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional development and growth.

What you bring to the role:
•    Over 10 years of marketing experience in the telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong brands.
•    Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies to grow revenue market share in Quebec across a variety of channels, including digital, traditional, and direct marketing.
•    Deep understanding of the telecommunications market, including customer segments, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
•    Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, inspiring and motivating them to achieve ambitious goals.
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.  
•    Experience working collaboratively across various departments and levels of the organization to achieve common goals.
•    Ability to make informed, timely decisions and take ownership of those decisions to drive the organization’s marketing agenda forward.
•    Strong track record of prioritizing internal development and promoting from within.
•    Acts with a sense of urgency to resolve potential threats and issues.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field – MBA preferred.
