Who we’re looking for:
The Cyber Security AI Lead is responsible for driving the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning into the organization’s Cyber Security strategy, architecture, and operations. Operating within a dual-sector enterprise—telecommunications and banking—the role supports secure, ethical, and compliant deployment of AI technologies.
The incumbent will collaborate across the organization with groups such as the AI Governance team to assess and mitigate AI-related risks, Enterprise Architecture to design secure AI architectures, and Cyber Security leaders to capture opportunities where AI can help us innovate in threat detection, automation, and resilience.
What you’ll do:
- Develop a Cyber Security AI roadmap aligned with the overarching Cyber Security Strategy.
- Design and maintain secure AI system architectures that support the CIA triad.
- Define architectural patterns for secure model deployment, data pipelines, and runtime protections.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Digital Team to align AI security architecture with broader IT and security frameworks.
- Lead AI-specific risk assessments covering topics such as model integrity, adversarial threats, data poisoning, and bias.
- Collaborate with the AI Governance team to define risk thresholds, controls, and escalation protocols.
- Maintain an AI risk register and contribute to enterprise risk reporting.
- Collaborate on the development of an AI Bill of Materials (AI BOM) framework to ensure transparency, compliance, and risk management across AI systems
- Integrate AI BOM into Cyber Security and enterprise risk reporting.
- Partner with Cyber Security, Data Science, Fraud, and Technology teams to co-select secure AI solutions.
- Engage with external vendors, regulators, and academic institutions to stay ahead of emerging AI-related threats.
- Support the continuous review and synthesis of publicly disclosed AIdriven cyber-attacks to derive actionable lessons that strengthen cyber defenses, inform AI risk governance, and update threat models, controls, and playbooks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the development and implementation of strategies to detect, prevent, and mitigate AI-driven digital content piracy and enforce digital rights management (DRM) controls. This includes leveraging machine learning models to identify unauthorized content distribution, watermark tampering, and illicit streaming platforms; integrating AI-based monitoring into existing security frameworks; and collaborating with legal, compliance, and product teams to ensure adherence to intellectual property protection standards and global regulatory requirements.
