Rogers access networks team is looking for a Work Coordinator for its Lachine warehouse. The role of the candidate will be to support the technicians in their need for spare parts so that they can ensure the proper operation of the network.


The successful candidate will have to:

  • Receive and send network equipment according to requests made by technicians.
  • Receive the defective parts and take appropriate action as the case may be.
  • Manage inventory using several databases and software.
  • Support contractors in the administration of inventories.
  • Support field operations by responding to urgent and non-urgent requests for the maintenance of the service.
  • Ensure the proper distribution of spare parts for the network among regions and cities in eastern Canada (Quebec and Atlantic).
  • Plan the spare parts to be purchased in order to maintain an appropriate level of inventory to support the existing network.
  • Interact with our external partners such as parts manufacturers and repairers.
  • Manage and ship tools and test equipment for technicians.
  • Respond to technicians' requests for PPE and equipment for their sites (posters, lights, padlocks, etc.)
  • Manage the warehouse space by sorting the equipment that is no longer necessary and take the required actions (disposal of assets).


Requirements and skills

  • Understanding and knowledge of technologies is an asset.
  • Qualified to handle a forklift.
  • Able to lift loads (23 Kg)
  • Bilingual.
  • Able to work alone or in a team
  • Knowledge of the WHMIS system
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint).
