The Rogers North Bay Radio Group is a leader in providing consultation and comprehensive marketing plans to help local businesses achieve their objectives.  We are ready to add to our winning team and are seeking for a highly motivated, creative and dynamic individual to join us.  The right individual will be a self-starter with excellent people skills and a can-do attitude.  They enjoy a challenge and understand that with hard work come great rewards.  The successful candidate will innovate and grow an existing account list as an Account Manager for KiSS , Rock & Country and all of Rogers Sports & Media Digital Properties. 
Primary Function:
•    Sell Rogers Sports & Media Digital properties, including 3 (three)  Radio Stations and other RSM Digital properties.
What you will be doing:
•    Actively prospect for and develop new business opportunities
•    Grow revenues from an existing two station client list by building, consulting and maintaining strong relationships with local clients
•    Work with internal teams, colleagues, and managers to develop creative solutions and integrated sales programs for small local businesses.
•    Liaise with Traffic, Promotions, Programming, Creative and Financial departments
•    Provide marketing ideas to grow client business through radio airtime, promotions and digital properties.
•    Manage many aspects of client relationships, including contracts, billings and collections
•    Update and maintain all account history and monthly projection reports
•    Operate within the Rogers sales guidelines
What you have:
•    Understanding of Advertising and Marketing
•    Creative skills
•    Must have excellent prospecting, selling and presentation skills
•    Computer competency a must, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
•    Fluent in digital and social media
•    Able to work independently, yet a strong team player
•    Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills
•    Plays well with others
•    Able to apply a creative approach to problem solving 
•    Thorough administration skills
•    May be required to travel and to attend events outside of normal business hours
