Who you are:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Planning & Performance, the Performance Specialist is responsible for analyzing technician performance data, developing actionable insights, and collaborating with Performance and Field Managers to drive measurable improvements across regional teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Analyze weekly/monthly technician performance data and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and support execution of continuous improvement plans.
  • Ensure data integrity by identifying and reporting gaps to the Data & Insights team.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports to stakeholders across the business.
  • Create and manage ad-hoc reports based on evolving business needs.

 

 

What you bring:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and performance reporting.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Experience developing performance metrics and visualizations to support operational decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience in field operations or technician performance environments would be highly regarded.
