Technical Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable for the successful coordination of multiple construction projects.
  • Responsible for implementation activities, maintain detailed updates on projects to ensure project commitments are achieved.
  • Review Construction plans with Rogers Planner and Contractor to ensure accuracy and completeness of Construction Drawings, and Bill of Materials.
  • Responsible for maintaining detailed records, and providing updates, on the status of utility locates to ensure specific Rogers’s project commitments are met.
  • Liaise with Rogers contracting companies, Ontario One-Call, and Roger Locates department in a timely, accurate and professional manner in order to obtain detailed information regarding utility locates.
  • Analyze and document requirements from business SMEs and Managers, ensuring future state process design meets standard criteria
  • PO creation and processing 
  • Documentation creation, editing & tracking for training/MOPs/tracking
  • Budget and CA support


Role Specific Competencies:

  • Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • A working knowledge of current business processes and the ability to understand new business processes.
  • Proficient with Ontario One-Call utility locates process, and the Ontario One Call 360 Feedback system is an asset
  • Possess advanced MS Excel with strong MS Office Word and Power Point
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work.
  • Proven exceptional work-ethic, self-motivated, and highly driven.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be flexible and willing to perform other duties as required.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
  • An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
  • A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
  • Adhere to all policy and legal requirements under Health and Safety legislation.
  • Ability to express a passion for the organization’s customers, stakeholders and peers
