As an experienced Senior Analyst Demand Planning, you know how to uncover trends and tell meaningful stories through data. You collect, organize, and interpret material requirements and work collaboratively across operations business teams to build robust inventory and purchasing plans.

As the Senior Analyst Demand Planning for the Network Supply Chain, you will report to the Director, Network Supply Chain. Our Network Supply Chain supports the expansion and maintenance of our wireless and wireline networks, including 5G. With Rogers investments in 5G infrastructure, partnerships and innovations, our 5G network will deliver our customers a mobile experience like no other. It will create jobs, shape industries and provide world-class connectivity to Canadians. To enable that vision we are also investing in planning capabilities within our Supply Chain and we need individuals with a passion for collaboration and innovation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with Network Access PMO (Project Management Office) to understand demand for materials required in building out and supporting Network operations, while maximizing inventory turns and meeting service level targets.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize inventory, close capacity gaps and alternate sourcing strategies.
  • Develop recommendations for the material planning and purchasing teams to ramp up and ramp down inventory levels and purchases.
  • Support the development and on-going publication of relevant performance metrics.
  • Use planning system tools to effectively create inventory and supply solutions; also participate in the continuous improvement of core planning business processes.
  • Identify ways to simplify the flow of multiple data sources into common harmonized views for key internal stakeholders.

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, business, economics, engineering or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years experience that demonstrates fluency in forecasting and demand planning.
  • Experience analyzing, manipulating, transforming, and interpreting large and complex datasets.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; and highly detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to contribute to and support multiple projects in a high-paced performance environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Sales and Operations Planning lifecycle, including experience with forecasting and demand aggregation.
  • Globally recognized Supply Chain certification(s) preferred.
  • Previous experience with Oracle EBS an asset.
