As an experienced Supply Chain Analyst you know how to translate user requirements into technology implications. You also have a broad understanding of end to end supply chain planning processes. You collect, organize, and interpret information and work collaboratively across business teams to drive value and continuous improvement in our supply chain planning systems.

As the Senior Analyst – Planning Enablement, you will report to the Senior Manager - Supply Chain Planning Systems in a growing planning Center of Excellence. What you’ll be doing:

  • Translate user requirements into business process and tool specific changes or enhancements
  • Support governance and implementation of new system functionality through a Center of Excellence (COE) forum
  • Coordinate effort estimation and risk assessment for change requests
  • Assist in configuration management during upgrades and enhancements
  • Design and develop new workbooks, reports or metrics as requested by the business to support the S&OP process
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of planning master data
  • Assist in new user creation and assignment of roles and privileges
  • Assist in new user onboarding, training and knowledge management for the supply chain planning platform
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and training material
  • Support continuous process improvement activities
  • Support data analysts in data extraction and other analytics activities, as required

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, operations management, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience that demonstrates fluency in end to end supply chain planning
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following systems: SAP-APO, JDA, Kinaxis Rapid Response, Llamasoft Supply chain guru, Logility Voyager Solutions
  • Previous experience working as a demand or supply planning analyst is desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the implications of master data on overall planning process, including experience with data profiling and data quality
  • Experience analyzing, manipulating, transforming, and interpreting large and complex datasets (i.e., millions of rows)
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; and highly detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to contribute to and support multiple projects in a fast-paced performance environment
  • Previous experience with Oracle EBS an asset
