About the Team: 
We are the Consumer Major Accounts department here at Rogers Communications and we are responsible for signing agreements with builders, developers and property management companies to ensure our networks are established on the premise and our sales channels are best equipped to promote and sell Rogers products and services to their clients at the highest degree.  Our team, Contracts Administration and Sales Operations, provide a wide variety of support to the CMA Sales Teams, including Contract Processing, internal and external Sales Support, Analytics, Project and Process Management.  We are looking for individuals who would be interested in participating in any of these fields.  In CMA we promote and foster an inclusive, engaging and energetic environment with a wide array of development and career growth opportunities.

What you will do…

  • Provide support services for CMA Sales management and Account Executives based on business-driven deliverables (i.e. uploading forms and documents, submitting application requests, etc.)
  • Complete research, audit and analyzing of data, and prepare penetration and ad-hoc reports for management and Account Executives in support of contract negotiations
  • Assisting with the adherence to contract terms and maintain accuracy of account and data in our billing system
  • Assist with formatting and data entry into our contract management system
  • Account conversion support (ie. Assist in auditing bulk offers, updating contract types for upcoming conversion activity, updating address notepads with new bulk offers prior to months’ end, etc.)
  • Coordinating special requests, installations and change of service orders for Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) clients, their offices and/or multiple buildings of a portfolio
  • Assist with planning, drafting and executing on Project Management and Process Improvement initiatives


What you will bring… 

  • Enrolled in an accredited co-op program working towards a College Diploma or University Degree related to job responsibilities (eg. Business Administration, Commerce, Law or Marketing)
  • Intermediate to advanced technical competence with MS Office Applications (ie. Excel, Access, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Passionate about working in the telecommunications industry, delivering the highest level of customer service and collaborating with others
  • Is a people person and likes to always have fun in everything they do 
  • A mindset of creativity, innovation and energetic drive to succeed
