We are looking for a Territory Sales Specialist to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area.


As a Rogers’ Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) Territory Sales Specialist you will build relationships and promote Rogers residential and wireless services within the MDU Segment. Our ideal candidate will build relationships, generate leads, create and implement sales plans, and have accountability for their assigned territory.


This position requires frequent travel to customer premises. You should expect to be available for travel 75% of the time. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle available.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Organise marketing events and selling programs through face-to-face or virtual interactions

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with MDU property management and leasing staff to ensure Rogers remains the preferred brand presented to prospective tenants

  • Evaluate customer needs through a consultative approach to offer Rogers solutions to satisfy all household communication needs

  • Attend product trainings, team meetings and planning sessions as required or when called for

  • Share market intelligence with their managers and the marketing teams

  • Perform end to end order entry through multiple sales and service order entry tools

  • Conduct all business as per Rogers Business Code of Conduct

  • Proven ability to thrive in a sales environment and ability to work independently to achieve set goals within a strategic plan

  • Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills 

  • Strong ability to negotiate and handle objections 

  • Available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, weekends & statutory holidays to meet customer needs

  • Comfortable working in be able to work in adverse weather conditions 

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle available
