As the Promotion Coordinator for Rogers Media Ottawa, reporting to the Promotion Manager, your role will be to execute promotional campaigns for all Rogers Radio stations designed to drive ratings and revenue.  

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare programming support packages for assigned requests
  • Execution of promotional campaigns
  • Communicate campaign mechanics to announcers.
  • Lead programming driven social media strategy for all stations
  • Update station websites
  • Live liner scripting for all stations
  • In kind sponsorships with strategic community partners
  • Execution of major station events

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of marketing and/or broadcasting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team and independantly
  • Valid Ontario Drivers licence
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
