We’re home to some really great brands and you’ve got the eye for marketing them. We are searching for a results-driven marketer for the newly formed New Market Development team. This individual will be accountable for developing and executing campaigns to drive household growth in the regions of Eastern Ontario and Atlantic provinces of New Brunswick and Newfoundland.

They will leverage customer insights and strategic thinking to develop campaigns across traditional and online platforms. In return, this individual will be joining a team committed to building trusted relationships and supporting each other. What you will do:

  • Partner with key builders to leverage co-branding and cooperative programs in order to reach purchasers of new homes
  • Leverage data and insights, to optimize current programs and plan for future initiatives
  • Brief, develop, and implement targeted campaigns that get the right message to the right customer at the right time  
  • Measure campaign performance, present findings and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Support the Senior Manager in the development of annual and quarterly planning cycles, including objectives, key performance indicators, and provide performance monitoring in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Develop cross-functional partnerships and have a sense of curiosity to identify new opportunities and drive continuous innovation

What you have:

  • University degree, preferably in marketing or communications.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of marketing with demonstrated ability in targeted, direct campaigns
  • Excellent thoroughness and organization with high level of personal ownership; able to manage a large number of projects simultaneously
  • Track record of leveraging analytics and customers insights to develop and execute marketing strategy
  • Strong communication skills; able to establish relationships and to influence
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industry
  • Preferably located in Ottawa
