Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and motivated individual to join our Business Enablement and Go to Market team. This role will focus on creating, evolving, and developing digital resources that support self-guided and sustained learning.

The successful candidate will work with business partners to document and digitize products and processes across the Business product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong content writing and design skills, experience with adult learning principles, excellent attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and working knowledge of design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and support GTM-Ex intake and launch readiness discussions to identify upcoming product, pricing, offer, and process changes that impact digital enablement content, PKC/SAZ pages, and sales-facing tools.
  • Maintain and update offer-related data sources, including SMB Offers Tool content, offer codes, pricing details, eligibility rules, launch and retirement dates, and related sales guidance to ensure accurate and current information is available to frontline teams.
  • Translate GTM-Ex updates and business requirements into actionable content updates, tool changes, announcements, and process documentation while managing shifting priorities and urgent launch timelines.
  • Create, design, and develop product collateral in partnership with business primes, product owners, and subject matter experts.
  • Document product knowledge and create interactive learning modules, web-based training, post-training collateral, and sustainment resources.
  • Digitize and simplify complex solutions and processes so they can be widely understood.
  • Create engaging, thoughtful content that supports various learning styles and allows teams to learn at their own pace.
  • Collaborate with product managers, project managers, marketing, training, and enablement teams to create and update product knowledge content.
  • Assess content and program effectiveness, document successes and opportunities, and implement improvements for future programs.
  • Produce and sustain well-researched online product content as a single source of truth.
  • Ensure compliance with data standards, branding, and marketing templates.
  • Stay current with product changes and launches to create compelling updates that maximize engagement and retention.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Go to Market or digital creation roles.
  • Experience with content management systems, SEO, traffic metrics, web development, design, and marketing brand strategy.
  • Project management experience or PMP certification is considered an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience developing engaging digital content.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to deliver results independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage project deliverables.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to stay current with GTM-Ex intakes, product launches, offer changes, and shifting business priorities while ensuring timely and accurate updates across enablement platforms and tools.
  • Ability to tailor and promote learning solutions based on audience needs.
  • Knowledge of business telecommunications products, tools, and systems.
  • Telecommunications knowledge within wireless, wireline, data, and cable technologies is considered an asset.
  • Experience maintaining structured data sources, trackers, offer grids, and sales enablement tools, with a high level of attention to detail and strong validation skills to ensure offer details, pricing information, eligibility criteria, codes, dates, and other sales-critical data remain accurate and up to date across multiple systems and formats.
