Overview: 

The Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club is currently seeking energetic, friendly and approachable individuals to join our Box Office Team.  Ticket Operation Representatives are responsible for providing mobile ticketing support for our fans at the venue gates. Each representative is expected to understand the Rogers Centre seating plans and Blue Jays mobile ticket app solutions and to provide outstanding customer service.  Please note that this is a seasonal contract position and as such, applicants must be available to work all Toronto Blue Jays home games. 
  

Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively interact with fans to provide mobile ticket delivery support outside Rogers Centre gates 

  • Answer all fan inquiries in an efficient, attentive and professional manner 

  • Have an experienced knowledge of the Blue Jays seating plan and the mobile ticket purchase process 

  • Be familiar with the Rogers Centre facility and surrounding area 

  • Have a knowledgeable understanding of all Blue Jays and Rogers Centre staff policies, including health and safety protocols 

  • Ensuring fans are adhering to COVID-19 health and safety policies and procedures   

  • Be knowledgeable on the stadium cleaning protocols, assisting with sanitizing high touch areas and bringing larger cleanliness concerns to the attention of the facilities team   

  • Ensure application of WE CARE services principles in all interactions with fans  

  • Be a safety ambassador by following and enforcing all public health guidelines for the health and safety all Rogers Centre employees and fans 

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent people skills with the ability to interact effectively with subscribers, single game purchasers and staff members at all levels within the organization
