We are currently seeking an Account Executive, Acquisition Sales Managed Voice & Data to join our team in Toronto, Calgary, or Montreal. As a member of this team, the Account Executive will prospect and acquire new managed voice and data customers.
What you'll be doing:

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through self-led new business acquisition and business development.

Use innovative sales strategies and client knowledge to grow business using internal leads.

Achieve daily activity (calls/email), maintain funnel of 3X the opportunities
-
Represent Rogers at sales-related external functions and events as required.

Invest in ongoing personal development and education (e.g., industry knowledge, competitive landscape, sales skills, methodology).

Contribute to the growth and development of the Business Services Team by sharing knowledge, providing strategic input, and supporting team members.

Collaborate effectively with other Rogers teams and departments.

Actively participate in regular sales meetings and fulfil administrative duties, including client meeting tracking and all client agreements/forms.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will bring:
-
University degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
-
3 - 5 years inside and outside sales experience in telecommunications.

Demonstrated ability to prospect and acquire new business.
-
Ability to understand and communicate value propositions and Return On Investment.

Proactive approach to managing sales funnel.

Proven ability to self-motivate.
-
Experience in consultative sales along with solutions selling and strategy.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sugar).

Team player and customer focused.

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. In office days are mandated to Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
