Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Knowledge Management Advisor to drive the efficiency, accessibility, and organization of critical information across our organization. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Contact Centre Implementation. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining our knowledge management tools. Additionally, you will develop and implement plans to enable seamless knowledge sharing, ensuring that all customer-facing teams can easily access the information they need to succeed. What you will be doing:

Design, template, and maintain knowledge management documentation, ensuring information is easily accessible and up to date.

Identify, document, and organize information from subject matter experts on the operations, technology, marketing, and product teams, ensuring critical insights are preserved and shared effectively across teams.

Oversee the creation and categorization of internal content libraries, ensuring that materials are properly tagged, indexed, and searchable.

Evaluate and continuously improve knowledge management processes.

Provide guidance and training to staff on the use of knowledge management tools and systems to promote engagement and participation.

Work closely with cross-functional Bank and Rogers Communications teams to capture lessons learned, best practices, and new knowledge, while facilitating the transfer of this knowledge to relevant stakeholders.

Monitor the accuracy, relevance, and completeness of stored information, developing regular reports to ensure data integrity.

Track usage and feedback from users, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Oversee the lifecycle of knowledge management documents and policies, ensuring proper version control, access rights, and archiving.

Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to present your work, incorporate feedback, and obtain sign-off.
What you bring:
-
College diploma or university degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Experience in knowledge management, information management, or library science.

Proficiency with knowledge management systems, content management systems (CMS), and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, etc.).

Experience with the concepts of records management, user training, and the software development life cycle is an asset but not necessary.

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-sufficient.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

An understanding of project management principles.

Strong influencing skills.

Excellent writing and editing skills along with strong attention to detail.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days work best for you!
