Team.  Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Performance & Forecasting, this role is responsible for collection performance reporting and analytics for Wireless & residential customer types (live or Active customer portfolio).

 

What you will be doing:

  • Weekly, monthly and yearly tracking, analyzing and reporting of key collection performance results and scorecards.  
  • Experience with data visualization methods including performance charts, waterfalls, histogram.
  • Ensure the highest level of data integrity for decision-making purposes between multiple sources of data
  • Provide data expertise, proactive support, and findings to Credit Operations for any on-going system issues, investigation and implementing changes or projects within operations
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Wireless and Residential collection performance reporting. 
  • Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting technical methods and results to business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Translate business issues into analytical requirements and reporting; prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to management across various team (credit policy, strategy, finance, retention etc)

 

What you bring:

  • Post-Secondary degree/diploma or equivalent in Statistics, math, business or computer science related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in performance reporting and analytics
  • 1-3 years of experience in SAS EG/SQL to deliver business reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with Power Bi, Tableau an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to a changing environment to provide results
  • Highly motivated and very proactive individual, dedicated to follow-up/follow through with little supervision.
