Audience & Ad Product Solutions Specialist

We’re looking for an Audience & Ad Product Specialist to support RSM revenue teams with ad product updates across our Streaming TV ecosystem and to support our Advanced Advertising team’s audience strategy. 

 

The successful candidate will help to implement strategy across our audience and video products, focusing on our market leading streaming assets across our Sports and News & Entertainment portfolio. In this role, you will be a subject matter expert responsible for identifying business opportunities, evaluating various partnerships, and making key recommendations as we execute on the strategy and inform the vision in these critical areas of our advertising business. You will support the RSM sales teams in a client-facing capacity to achieve revenue KPIs against our advertising and audience products. 

  

This is a unique opportunity to be at the centre of Rogers Sports & Media’s strategy to leverage our unique data sets for the purpose of further improving the advertising experience for marketers and customers. 

 

What you will do… 

  • Support revenue goals and RSM sales with ongoing ad product updates for streaming and audience products 

  • Build and execute training plans for sales teams across direct and national teams for our audience and streaming products 

  • Assist News and Entertainment teams with ad product information, updates, collateral, and sales packaging specific to RSM Streaming brands like Citytv+, Sportsnet+ and Ad Network partner brands Tubi and Disney+ 

  • Collaborate with Data and Operations teams on streaming ad product execution and evolution 

  • Support special projects and tentpole Streaming TV events when required, including market research projects, industry or client events 

  • Accompany sales teams as a streaming and audience subject matter expert on client presentations 

  • Function as a thought-leader with audience and streaming products by learning and sharing product best practises from around the world 

  • Maintain and enhance audience collateral including annual collateral refresh for internal and external stakeholders 

  • Recommend appropriate audiences in response to sales requirements 

  • Evaluate custom audience requests and plan rollout 

  • Collaborate with the Advanced Advertising Solutions and Data Science teams on audience strategy, maintenance, and updates

  • Advanced understanding of video advertising products and programmatic advertising is a plus 

  • Experience with Google, Freewheel, and Operative ad platforms is an advantage 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights 

  • An ability to navigate large organizations and optimize for speed
