This is a contract role (12 months – maternity leave) within the Rogers Bank Product Management team. Our mission is to create core banking products & services that help Rogers customers across Canada get more out of their Rogers services every day. 
We are looking for an independent self-starter who is eager to learn about all areas of the business and support product managers across a variety of projects. This will include supporting new product launches, developing reports/dashboards for existing products, searching for data trends & insights and helping to improve our customer journeys. 

The responsibilities for this role are subject to change frequently, dependent on where support is required, but will include: 

Product Management Support

  • Create monthly reporting (dashboards) for each core banking product 
  • Assist product managers with activities related to new product launches or managing existing products, as required
  • Work closely with Rogers Bank customer service team to review customer issues on a monthly basis, bringing back new product opportunities & areas of improvement to the product management group

Early Month on Book (New Customer On-Boarding):

  • Work closely with Growth Marketing, Customer Service and other Rogers Bank teams to optimize customer interactions during the Early Month on Book period (first 90 days) 
  • Provide monthly reporting & insights related to the EMOB customer segment

Website

  • Manage product & marketing content changes for rogersbank.com 
  • Coordinate with / manage external vendor
  • Provide monthly reporting from Google Analytics

Chatbot

  • Update & optimize chatbot responses related to credit card products
  • Review chatbot queries and summarize key topics for product managers & other stakeholders    

 
 What you’ll bring:

  • Post secondary degree or diploma
  • 2-3 years Marketing or Product experience (financial services or telecommunications is an asset)
  • Proficient with Google Analytics or other similar reporting tools
  • Strong sense of ownership, positive attitude, drive and enthusiasm
  • Ability to prioritize and thrive when working on multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
