We are seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving data-driven insights, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the efficiency of our benefits programs. This position goes beyond administration, it’s about leveraging data, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously improving processes to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Execute core benefits administration tasks with accuracy, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience
- Conduct audits and compliance checks to maintain data integrity and adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Engage with key stakeholders including HR, Payroll, vendors, and employees to resolve complex issues and provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and implementing best practices for benefits delivery.
- Leverage Oracle HCM and vendor platforms to analyze plan performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhancements that ensure accurate integrations and streamlined event processing.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and ad hoc queries to support operational and strategic needs.
- Collaborate on projects and enhancements that improve the employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Document and refine standard operating procedures to reflect evolving processes and compliance requirements.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in benefits or HR administration with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, Excel, and HR systems (Oracle HCM experience preferred).
- Ability to manage audits, ensure compliance, and recommend process improvements.
- Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders and resolving complex issues.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
