Join the Rogers Business Billing team and contribute to accurate, timely, and customer‑focused billing operations. This role offers hands‑on experience with core billing processes, exposure to cross‑functional teams, and opportunities to support special projects that enhance business efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Billing Operations
- Process billing alerts, renewals, rate changes, service moves, adjustments, cancellations, billing entries, and credits across all billing systems to ensure precise and timely customer invoicing.
- Review new, modified, and cancelled services on test invoices to validate accuracy before final invoices are issued.
- Support various special projects that contribute to improved billing workflows and customer experience.
- Business Exposure & Learning
Spend time shadowing teams across the organization to gain a broad understanding of how different departments operate. - Prepare and present summaries of your learnings to share insights with the broader team.
- Build connections with colleagues across the business to broaden your internal network and understanding of the organization.
Skills & Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong general computer skills and comfort learning new systems.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive self‑starter who thrives both independently and in collaborative team environments.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to navigate challenging situations with integrity, empathy, and sincerity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to identify discrepancies when validating work.
