Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a passionate, disciplined integrated Brand Manager with a track record of success and a desire to grow. You strive for great work that not only breaks through with innovative ideas but helps deliver against business objectives. You come prepared with analytical and competitive facts, strategic thinking to support your recommendations, and are solutions oriented. You can prioritize and juggle many tasks at once, while always keeping the consumer front and centre.

We are looking for someone with strong comprehension of targeted/performance based digital marketing. You have an aptitude for strategic thinking and leading insights-driven creative. You are comfortable developing brand strategy and communication briefs, understanding media plans & their impact to the business, and comprehend the value they bring to the overall process. You are a leader and self-starter who can work within a team environment and participate in cross functional teams.

This individual will develop and lead execution of campaigns with the end goal of driving business results while improving key brand attributes. You will work closely with our Consumer Business Unit partners, Digital and Customer Experience teams, the broader Brand team, Legal, media and creative agency partners to bring winning campaigns to market on brand, on time, and on budget. This person is a natural “networker”, and ultimate team-player.

 

What you will be doing: 

Lead the production of all Rogers conversion campaigns (80%)

  • Execute integrated conversion campaigns targeting both customers and non-customers

  • Brief, develop, and implement “always-on” targeted campaigns that get the right message to the right customer at the right time

  • Manage the creation of communication materials aligned to customer segments and journey stages in collaboration with agencies, internal partners and providers, in both English and French

  • Establish and lead execution of conversion media strategies and tactics to ensure a timely and successful campaign launch

  • Strong understanding of campaign performance analytics and online to offline attribution models

  • Manage the production process – working closely with internal, agency & production partners to meet deadlines

  • Write agency briefs for the team’s projects

  • Contribute to annual & quarterly brand strategy for owned product/portfolio

 Budget management and planning (15%)

  • Track media and production budget

  • Contribute to budget planning and management to ensure optimal allocation of resources

  • Contribute to the elaboration of yearly brand strategy and communications planning

Strengthen the customer relationship (5%)

  • Collaborate in the strategic development of initiatives intended to strengthen the relationship with customers

  • Help develop the relationships and activities with the agencies and providers

  • Manage the relationships with internal agencies and partners

What you bring:

  • University degree, preferably in marketing or communications.

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of marketing with recognized ability in developing strategies and deploying 360 marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent thoroughness and organization; able to manage a large number of projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills in French and English; able to establish relationships and to influence.

  • Recognized ability in working as part of a team.

 

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days work best for you!
