We are looking for a passionate, disciplined performance marketer that strives for great work with every campaign that not only breaks through with innovative digital focused ideas, but also helps deliver against business objectives. You come prepared with analytical and strategic thinking to support your recommendations, and you bring forth digital first solutions to business problems. You can prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders at once while always keeping the needs of the customer front and centre.

 

In the role of the Brand Manager, Acquisition - you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisitions through digitally focused mass campaigns ensuring the relevant segment receive the appropriate message at the right time via the most efficient/effective channel.  You will collaborate closely with broader Marketing team to understand marketing priorities and translate those into innovative, actionable advertising campaigns for the relevant segments (SMB, Enterprise, Public, Wholesale, Dealer/VAR).  The successful candidate will own the strategic campaign planning, media and creative strategy, and the execution of all Acquisition campaigns.  You will advocate for customers across the organization and work closely with cross functional teams; Digital Channels, Segment and Product Marketing, Insights, Business Economics, Brand as well as lead our Agency partners.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Own campaign planning, creative and media strategy executing against business objectives and KPIs for all Acquisition activities across the quarter.
  • Management of creative agency including the integrated creative briefing process and development of best in class B2B campaign creative
  • Daily contact for media agency ensuring appropriate budgets and media plans are developed to deliver optimal efficiency across all Acquisition campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross function teams to ensure a seamless customer journey across all campaign touch points 
  • Internal interlocks include Digital Channels, Segment, Regional and Product Marketing, Content, Social and Lead Management teams
  • Work closely with Data & Analytics team to ensure accurate measurement and reporting on the performance of campaign activities to support campaign initiatives. 
  • Manage the development of bi-weekly reporting, post campaign reports and KPI dashboards to track successes and build valuable insights that can be used for future learnings.
  • Manage customers’ lists (target audience) are accurate and available on time, ensuring the final communication is accurate and deployed on time
  • Work in close partnership with Business Insights team on brand tracking and ad-hoc research to ensure delivery of KPIs as well as generating relevant insights for campaign development.
  • Own the Brand Guidelines to ensure they consistently reflect the identity and voice of the brand and ensure all internal and external partners are adhering to the brand promise.

 

What you bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of media planning, creative and campaign management and performance marketing experience, agency or client side. B2B experience an asset.
  • A results-driven performance marketing approach - analytical and strategic thinker able to turn data in actionable and relevant insight
  • Must be able to work in a professional, fast-paced environment and be willing to deal with shifting priorities
  • A passion for marketing and the technology category with proven track record in media and creative brief development with a focus on digital, social & content marketing
  • Outstanding project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and superior written skills with attention to detail
