We are looking for a passionate, disciplined performance driven Brand marketer that strives for great work with every campaign. In the role of Brand Specialist on the Rogers Wireless Conversion team you will assist the Brand Manager & Senior Brand Manager in the development and execution of mass media acquisition campaigns. You will help ensure prospective customers receive the appropriate message at the right time via the most efficient/effective channel. You will work closely with broader Marketing team to understand marketing priorities and translate those into innovative, actionable advertising campaigns. Often this will include creative and media agency coordination, campaign execution and creative asset quality assurance and testing, analyzing and tracking results for campaign as well as initiatives.


What you will be doing:


Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams helping to develop an integrated communications brief that will drive the campaign creative and media development
  • Assist Brand Manager in building an end-to-end campaign customer journey that aligns with key campaign objectives
  • Responsible for the accurate and on time deployment of all campaign creative including creative review, stakeholder approvals, and testing of all campaign assets 
  • Daily contact for Wireless Conversion media/creative agency and internal partners


Campaign Tracking & Analysis:

  • Assist in the development of bi-weekly reporting, post campaign reports and KPI dashboards to track successes and build valuable insights that can be used for future learnings.
  • Day to day Brand project management lead for your campaigns including the multicultural & newcomer portfolio as well as always-on conversion
  • Research, track and report on competitive communication activity.


Brand Management:

  • Key contact for day to day miscellaneous Brand requests and approvals

What you bring:

  • Ability to work in a professional, fast-paced environment managing shifting priorities
  • Knowledge and experience of media and campaign brief development with a focus on digital, social & traditional media
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • A minimum of 2 – 3 years of campaign management and performance marketing experience, agency or client side.
