Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly strategic and analytical Business Manager to partner with the SVP, IT BSS Engineering & Operations. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring the SVP is fully equipped to lead Business Wireless and Residential initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor and “one-stop shop,” you will manage executive reporting, program planning, and team engagement while coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Executive Support & Reporting
    • Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership meetings.
    • Conduct spot analyses and synthesize data from multiple sources to support strategic decisions.
  • Strategic Planning & Program Management
    • Support strategic planning for BAU delivery and operations across Business Wireless and Residential.
    • Drive program management activities, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
    • Coordinate team operations and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Finance & Analytical Leadership
    • Partner with Finance teams to track budgets, forecasts, and operational spend.
    • Perform ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to inform SVP decision-making.
    • Preferred background in Finance or strong financial acumen.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Act as liaison between SVP and Directors/Senior Directors to gather updates and consolidate information.
    • Put together materials for different strategies and initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Team Engagement & Culture
    • Assist in developing and executing team engagement plans to foster collaboration and high performance.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in business management, operations, program management, or executive support roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to perform spot analysis and synthesize insights.
  • Experience in strategic planning, program management, and process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels.
  • Finance background or strong financial acumen preferred.
