THE MISSION: Engage and lead youth in creative, fun and dynamic activities during our Rookie League summer camp program (children ages 6-12) OR our Leaders in Training program (youth ages 12-15).
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design and lead fun weekly camp programming while also providing leadership, problem solving tactics and life-skills to all
- Participate in a dynamic 3-week training to provide you with all the tools needed to stay motivated and succeed in the mission
- ABR – Always Be Ready! Be flexible and ready to tackle anything that comes your way, from administration, to navigating conflicts and camper challenges, to following protocols,
- Help identify and mentor other talented staff, coaching and guiding them to gain the skills needed to advance within the program
- Dynamically fun and engaging

POSITION TITLE: CAMP DIRECTOR
REPORTS TO: Rookie League Camp Supervisors
DURATION: June 6, 2022 – August 19, 2022
PAY: $18/hour
WORK HOURS: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday
WORK LOCATIONS: Sites across Toronto and potential virtual settings
