We’re looking for a Content Coordinator to join the team. Reporting to Manager, Content:

You’ll work collaboratively and closely with readiness primes and content specialists to execute on all content program plans


What you will do…

  • Manage the content workflow in our content management tools ensuring that internal and external content is published meeting all project timelines
  • Execute on urgent communications based on competitive responses to market and pricing changes, etc.
  • Work with Content Operations and Content Specialists, Readiness to execute on regular content audits
  • Advocate for our content standards and ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines for Rogers, Fido and Chatr while also meeting the needs of our internal frontline audiences
  • Participate in the implementation and management of programs necessary for the achievement of department objectives
  • Conduct regular channel (CARE, Tech Support, Retail etc.) visits to maintain business expertise and gather insights of various channel priorities to lend to best practices initiatives.

What you will bring…

  • Experience with structuring and editing content is an asset
  • Ability to plan and set priorities in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, along with excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and in a group environment; with the skill to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
  • Accustomed to an extremely fast-paced environment, requiring juggling of immediate priority responses, while working through longer term content requirements
  • Telecom industry background is a preferred
