Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Sales Operations – Wireless, the Coordinator, Digital Commerce is a hybrid role. This key team member will focus on supporting ecommerce and digital products by identifying and quantifying/prioritizing customer pain points and motivating for solutions with Product Owners. The incumbent will help drive customer-focused, analysis-driven working culture with the team to be competitive in the digital marketplace supporting the Rogers Wireless digital portfolio.


What you will be doing:

  • Support the Wireless Digital Hub with day-to-day review of customer feedback & identification of emerging issues & ongoing UX deficiencies.
  • Work with Digital Product Support & Design teams to identify usability & user experience areas of improvement with respect to current initiatives
  • Support adoption of a test, measure, optimize approach to enhancement deployments
  • Fosters strong partnerships with marketing, brand, product, commercial strategy and business stakeholders by understanding their objectives and provide them with relevant analysis & insights
  • Delve into underlying data to provide insights and hypothesis validation relevant to digital Wireless products as requested
  • Foster a mobile-first culture and implements responsive and adaptive strategies in partnership with UX/Design team
  • Work with the performance measurement resources to implement and oversee analytics and KPI's for respective initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales leads and other digital teams on improving on-site search for Wireless
  • Provide support to other Digital Commerce and product leads as needed


What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant digital experience in a fast-paced environment within telecommunications industry
  • Keen understanding of the web ecosystem and customer needs.
  • Beginner level familiarity of Enterprise wide web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, etc.).
  • Experience with ecommerce and/or sales reporting and Business Intelligence extract, transform and load tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of technical aspects of web applications, including database-driven functionalities, general web functionality, etc.
  • Creative ability with practical application for digital channels.
  • Highly motivated individual with a naturally inquisitive nature.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills necessary.
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Holds self-accountable for achieving established performance objectives
