The Toronto Blue Jays e-commerce store, Jays Shop Direct, located inside Rogers Centre is looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team as an Customer Service Representative. Becoming a team member of the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club offers an opportunity with one of the finest major league organizations in the world. A dynamic and exciting work environment in Canada's largest and finest sports stadium at Rogers Centre.  Our team driven culture and environment is fast paced and exciting, always seeking ways to improve and grow with a single minded focus on winning, achievement and respect.   • Provide excellent customer service in all aspects to ensure the ultimate fan experience. 
  • Responsible for happily interacting and engaging our customers by answering inbound/outbound calls or reply to emails in a professional manner.
  • Responsible for order entry processing of sales.
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Coordinate product transfers as needed to fill orders from various locations.
  • Assist in the daily operation of our online shop which could include maintaining our Jays Shop web site content.
  • Responsible for having complete understanding of all systems, products and services available at Jays Shop Direct.
  • Must be highly detail oriented.
  • Any other duties as requested. 



  • Energetic and motivated to be a positive contributor to the team.
  • Previous customer service experience is must.
  • Must have baseball knowledge and/or expertise.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in the use of Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
