This role sits at the execution core of the campaign operations team. You will own how campaigns are built, launched, tested, measured, and improved, driving quality, consistency, and customer relevance across email, push, in-app, web, and digital engagement channels. You will execute personalization use cases and experimentation programs that deliver targeted, channel-appropriate customer experiences across the lifecycle.
Working closely with Marketing, Analytics, Data Engineering, Digital Product, Privacy, and Technology, you will ensure campaigns are delivered with precision, continuously optimized for performance, and aligned to the broader customer engagement strategy.
What you'll do:
- Digital Campaign Delivery & Operations
- Own the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns including campaign build, audience segmentation, QA, launch coordination, monitoring, and post-deployment performance validation.
- Drive delivery standards, intake processes, QA checklists, and release readiness practices that improve execution quality, consistency, and speed-to-market.
- Personalization Execution & Experimentation
- Execute personalized web and mobile app experiences, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle journey activations, building and deploying targeted content and audience-specific touchpoints across digital channels.
- Plan and run A/B and multivariate testing programs, iterating on results to continuously improve customer relevance, engagement rates, and digital experience outcomes.
- Campaign Performance & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance at a channel and journey level, tracking delivery quality, engagement, conversion, and customer impact against defined KPIs.
- Identify optimization opportunities from campaign results and implement test-and-learn iterations that improve performance across audiences, channels, creative, and journey stages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Data Engineering, Digital Product, and Technology teams to align on audience requirements, data dependencies, platform capabilities, and measurement standards that support campaign and personalization delivery.
- Apply and test emerging approaches, including AI-driven triggers, predictive audience activation, and journey automation, surfacing insights and results that inform broader delivery strategy.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in digital campaign management, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, CRM, web personalization, or digital optimization roles.
- Hands-on experience with Braze/Salesforce for lifecycle campaign delivery (email, push, in-app, SMS) and/or Adobe Campaign Classic for batch campaign execution.
- Experience with web and mobile personalization and experimentation tools such as Adobe Target, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and audience-based targeting.
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation, customer data, data pipelines, identity, and activation logic as it applies to campaign execution.
- Experience with campaign reporting and analytics using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Strong working knowledge of campaign QA practices, release readiness, campaign governance, and marketing operations workflows.
- Experience using JIRA or equivalent tools for campaign intake, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations and campaign improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional delivery environments with an understanding of how marketing and technology teams collaborate.
