We’re looking for a Digital Direct Account Executive!!

  • A strong digital seller excited to build innovative and effective digital media solutions, and deliver revenue growth, for an active list of national direct clients and boutique agencies. 
  • A candidate with proven new business development ability, to continuously expand the national direct and boutique agency portfolio.

What you will do…

  • Build in-depth relationships with key decisions makers across a portfolio of national direct advertisers and boutique agencies. Develop integrated custom content programs with top Canadian broadcast, radio and digital brands. Work with leading edge Advanced Advertising, data-enabled digital products to deliver effective solutions for RSM valued customers. Work alongside the best sales team in the country to deliver multi-platform, winning programs!  Also… 
  • Serve as a liaison with clients for new business product launches and advertising opportunities 
  • Develop creative and consultative sales presentations to demonstrate how RSM’s digital products can be leveraged to help marketers effectively connect with Canadian consumers
  • Communicate campaign highlights and/or challenges to enable resolutions, where needed
  • Lead development of renewal strategies informed by insights and best performing tactics
  • Monitor and manage monthly and quarterly targets 
  • Maintain records of all activity and communication in CRM
  • Immerse yourself in the RSM digital media landscape and provide thought-leadership to RSM clients. 
  • Obtain business intelligence for large scale national direct advertisers and boutique agencies (ad dollars, media coverage, digital marketing activity and digital business strategy). 
  • Attend industry events and trade events
  • Maintain a high-level of training and knowledge globally on products, industry trends and best practices. 

What you will bring…
Motivated self-starter with a passion for digital media. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other media platforms (television, radio, DOOH), to build full-funnel marketing solutions and deliver ROAS (return on ad spend) for RSM clients. A focused solution seller, and problem solver, with proven new business development ability. A desire to compete and win, positioning RSM as a leader in digital media across Canada.
