In the role of Digital Marketing Manager on the Enterprise Business unit (EBU) Marketing team, you will work to drive business results in a category that is both growing and highly competitive. This is a role for a dynamic, business orientated Marketer who is comfortable working in a resource lean, ever changing, matrixed organization that is driving to build an effective lead generation engine for our Sales teams and create best-in-class customer experiences through each digital interaction.




  • Create digital strategies that leverage data insights, analytics and digital best practices to support cross-functional campaigns that serve the EBU in achieving overall targets
  • Demonstrate expertise and creative thinking while working collaboratively to effectively plan and create best-in-class digital experiences based on campaign briefs and objectives
  • Manage projects end-to-end, including but not limited to prioritization of tasks, requirements gathering, working with internal and/or external support teams to create customer journey and wireframe documents, adhering to workback schedules, QA, execution and post campaign reporting   
  • Participate in the development and management of reporting metrics for customer interactions online, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement. This tracking will include but is not limited to interactions that lead to MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), content & social engagement, successful online sales and product portal usage.  
  • Expand and grow MQLs and/or revenue objectives by seeking new and innovative approaches and championing these with cross-functional teams
  • Support cross-functional teams in the development of quarterly marketing campaigns and Go To Market activities




  • Undergraduate degree program, preferably in Business or Marketing
  • Fundamental marketing knowledge - sound understanding of the principles of marketing
  • Experience (8-10 years) with digital marketing preferred
  • Acts with a high sense of urgency and agility to pivot projects as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for all things digital and a desire to learn
  • Honour deadlines and commitments while always putting the customer first in all that we do
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize, pivot and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Effective team player with a willingness to assist and educate others, share ideas and experiences while encouraging new ideas and ways of working
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills (knowledge of Adobe Audience Manager is considered an asset)
  • Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot is preferred
  • Understanding of Content Management Systems is preferred
