 We’re looking for a Digital Product Owner, Wireless to join the Rogers Digital Wireless Outcomes Team.


The Digital Product Owner, Wireless will forge strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including consumer product, marketing and your peers across technology. Strong candidates will be able to balance their own expertise and experience with the inputs from all these groups, always keeping top of mind: customer experience, revenue growth and execution excellence. 
The Product Owner is an empowered decision maker who will lead a cross-functional team and have an innovation mindset. 


 What you will do…
•    Manage deliverables and KPIs of the Digital Wireless outcomes team and partner to support the business
•    Be comfortable about the technical aspects of your product, and be able to convey the “why” that engineers can get behind
•    Articulate a compelling product vision/strategy, and maintain a detailed product roadmap to be socialized with multiple stakeholders – the “what”
•    Write stories and technical requirements to meet the needs of your overall roadmap
•    Develop digital strategies and plans based on business objectives, insights, stats, facts and grounded through the customer lens.
•    Develop and implement experiences that simplify and improve the customer experience and align with our core design principles- the “how”
•    Serve as subject matter expert supporting discussions with internal and external partners
•    Partner with your other digital team members to create synergies across all lines of business.
•    Lead an agile team by partnering with members from the greater outcome team in technology, content, design and analytics
•    Investigate complex problems and make sense of the information and data at your disposal or think of new ways to acquire it.

What you will bring…
•    A passion for and experience in a what it means to be a digital product owner
•    Putting the customer at the centre of everything that you do
•    Solid understanding of telecom, wireless market trends, digital transformation and emerging technologies.
•    Keen understanding of the web/app ecosystems and how they meet stakeholders needs 
•    A belief that business partnerships and relationship management skills matter and how we can collaborate to   drive success for our business
•    A self-starter who takes ownership and is able to work effectively with little supervision 
•    The ability to sell ideas/concepts to various levels of the organization through logical and persuasive arguments 
•    Technical solution savviness that will support and enhance business outcomes
•    Creative ability with practical application
•    Accountability and Collaboration on your list of values
•    Comfortable working with ambiguous concepts and with green field technology 
•    Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
