What you will be doing.


The Digital Product Specialist will contribute to the digital product team to build new experiences, monitor/measure performance, grow the product strategy, run maintenance for the digital products, implement continuous improvements, and also resolve issues with a keen focus on digital customer experience for existing customers. The area of focus will be to create and manage digital experiences for B2B, enterprise grade customers.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, EBU Digital Product, the Digital Product Specialist, will help deliver and manage innovative digital products with best-in-class customer experience principles for customers using business self-serve tools.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 - Responsible for gathering business requirements, participating in the full project lifecycle and finalizing solution acceptance for final Enterprise Digital Channel service initiatives  

- Manage the reporting of assigned products to assess usage and performance trends that justify product change requests or business process improvements

- Lead or participate in regular cross-functional meetings and conduct monthly reviews with key stakeholders from IT and QA to Marketing and Brand across all channels

- Participate in the development of the short, mid and long term strategic plan for the Enterprise Digital Channels to drive customer satisfaction and financial objectives

- Analyze and optimize the end-to-end Unified Touch Experience for all Digital service activities, in collaboration with Care, Retail and Sales

- Collection of data and analysis to determine ROI of digital initiatives and refine business cases to get capital approvals

- Contribute to the development of digital strategies and plans based on business objectives, insights, stats, facts and grounded through the consumer lens.

- Collaborate with UX/Design and IT teams to translate the business requirements into best in class digital experiences - web, mobile, tablet, across all channels

- Development of Power point decks for presentations

- Tracking and measuring efficiency of all initiatives (impact on business and customer satisfaction)

- Identification of potential roadblocks and proactive determination of solutions to be implemented 

- Analyze and problem solve system issues in respective application portfolio to determine the best course of action to correct the situation.

- Development of Power point decks for presentations

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of relevant online/digital experience in a fast-paced environment with telecom industry experience being an asset
- Experience with JIRA or other project software management tracking tool
- Experience with digital reporting tools including Omniture and Google Analytics
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
- Strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills necessary
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
