We're looking for a Digital Video Creator!

Reporting to the Director, Content Strategy, in this role you’ll be responsible for the creation, production and execution of digital video content for key media properties in our music brands & in-house productions portfolio. You’ll also work with our Branded Content & Integrations team to support the creation of digital content for advertisers.

What you will do…

  • Create and develop multimedia content for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest etc. and other digital platforms (apps, website, etc.)
  • Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
  • Develop production schedules
  • Select and hire additional crew and talent; as needed
  • Reserve and rent equipment
  • Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
  • Manage video library
  • Work with Commercial Integrations team to ensure content aligns with client brief and editorial requirements.

What you will bring…

  • A creator at heart who lives and breathes social media
  • Real world videography and production experience. (DEMO Reel is a MUST)
  • Knowledge of the video production process: directing, filming, interviewing, boarding, editing, encoding, uploading, and managing media
  • Production skills: photography and videography, camera operation, sound, lighting, and quality sound capture
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflow
  • Good knowledge of contemporary cameras, file formats, codecs, and their proper handling in a post workflow
  • Ability to move forward on a task with sometimes minimal direction, but know when to stop and ask questions
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong editorial judgement
  • You stay current on emerging social media trends and strategies, ensuring you maintain a progressive approach to producing video content
  • Captivate our viewers by editing in a style and creativity that aligns with our viewers and the relevant show brands - ensure your work has all-around consistency (style, fonts, brand and tone)
