Title: Lead Management Marketing Manager (Rogers for Business)  
*12-month contract position* 

 

We are looking for a passionate, disciplined, and analytical candidate to fill a Lead Management Operations role for a 12-month contract position within the Marketing organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lead Management and Direct Marketing, the ideal candidate will play an important role in assisting the team in achieving executional excellence. 


The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Product, and the Data & Analytics teams to support the execution of lead generation and outbound campaigns. Focus will be placed on list handling, data analysis, lead assignments and distribution, Salesforce campaign creation, results tracking and cross-functional communication. The role requires an understanding of sales funnels, leveraging CRM/ Salesforce to improve lead efficiencies and marketing lead generation tactics. 

 

What you will be doing:
•    Implement effective lead management processes to support lead generation efforts
•    Establish and document lead flows across campaigns - ensure appropriate sales alignment, distribution, and hand offs, as well as proper set up to capture and track the leads 
•    Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to support list generation and data quality efforts; identify opportunities for data enhancements to enable marketing nurture tactics 
•    Assist in sourcing customer lists (prospect and base) to be leveraged for marketing campaigns; ensure lists are accurate and available on time for lead assignments and campaign deployment 
       o    Manipulate data in Microsoft Excel using Pivot Tables, filters and formulas (i.e. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF)
•    Conduct list analysis and manipulation to inform marketing tactics, campaign targeting and lead assignments; create tables and charts to communicate list analysis to stakeholders 
•    Lead list uploads and creation of campaigns in Salesforce along with lead assignments
       o    Create new campaigns in Salesforce
       o    Use programs (i.e. Apex Data Loader / Validity People Import) to load data into Salesforce from CSV
•    Monitor the SFDC lead progression with focus on disposition and opportunity rates; review marketing KPI’s through available dashboards in Salesforce and PowerBI; deliver results to key stakeholders across marketing and sales organizations
      o    Provide requirements for potential reporting improvements and engage with database resources to deploy new insights across automated dashboards
      o    Develop and distribute ad-hoc reporting in Excel / PowerPoint when needed; Pivot Tables with data modelling and Power Query are an asset
•    Establish strong cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Data & Analytics, Product and Customer Service organization stakeholders 
 

What you bring:
•    Post Secondary graduate in Marketing, Business or relevant 
•    Minimum 3-4 years experience in B2B marketing, database Marketing and/ or CRM campaign management and execution  
•    Experience in using Salesforce required
    o  Running reports and loading data from CSV
    o    Knowledge of salesforce data structures; Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns
•    Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
    o    knowledge of Pivot tables and Lookups, Power Query  
•    Strong analytical skills a must; ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of data problems
•    Knowledge of Marketing Technology tools and platforms an asset  
•    Strong written and oral communication skills
•    Strong relationship building and networking experience
•    Flexible, strong time management skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives within short timelines; thrive within a fast-paced environment 
•    Analytic, ability to interpret data and translate into insights and action
