We are looking for a passionate, disciplined and analytical candidate that strives for great work with every interaction and helps deliver against business objectives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lead Management and Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM), the ideal candidate will play an important role in assisting the team to achieve executional excellence.   

In the role of Lead Management Specialist, you will help support the needs of the Sales and Marketing teams through planning and execution of Outbound and ELM programs to deliver leads and prescriptive customer touchpoints. Focus will be placed on prospecting and base list handling, data analysis, Salesforce campaign execution, results tracking and cross-functional communication. The role requires an understanding of marketing lead generation tactics, sales funnels, as well as how to leverage CRM / Salesforce to improve lead efficiencies.

What you will be doing:

Marketing Operations

  • Assist in pulling customer lists (prospect and base) to be leveraged for marketing campaigns; ensure lists are accurate and available on time for lead assignments and campaign deployment
  • Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to support list generation and data quality efforts
  • Conduct list analysis and manipulation to inform marketing tactics, campaign targeting and lead assignments
  • Manage campaign request forms (CRFs) for list pull with a focus on prioritization of requests and communication of timelines
  • Support list uploads and creation of campaigns in Salesforce
  • Assist in the analysis of lead management and ELM program results; consolidate and communicate to Sales and Marketing as required 
  • Assist in the creation of presentations to track successes and build valuable insights that can be leveraged for future learnings
  • Be an active participant in the bi-weekly Lead Management Forum; document minutes and help organize follow-up actions

Campaign execution

  • Assist Lead Management/ ELM Marketing Managers in the execution of marketing programs with focus on data analysis, sales facing campaign support material, sales channel readiness, arrangement of campaign launch calls and post sales feedback sessions
  • Project manage end to end execution of single tactic call down campaigns as required  
  • Collaborate with greater Marketing team and contribute to brainstorming and planning sessions to ensure best in class programs

What you bring:

  • Post Secondary graduate in Marketing, Business or relevant
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in B2B marketing, database Marketing and/ or CRM campaign management and execution  
  • Experience in using Salesforce preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); a minimum of intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Strong analytical skills a must
  • Knowledge of Marketing Technology tools and platforms an asset  
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong relationship building and networking experience
  • Flexible, strong time management skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives within short timelines; thrive within a fast-paced environment
  • Analytic, ability to interpret data and translate into insights and action
