We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as a Leadership Development Program Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of leadership at Rogers by designing and delivering programs that build strong, capable leaders aligned with our business priorities.
As a trusted advisor, you will consult with senior leaders and HR partners to identify leadership development needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. In addition to program design and delivery, you will play a key role in supporting performance management and the talent cycle, ensuring leadership programs integrate seamlessly with broader talent strategies.
In collaboration with the Leadership team, the Leadership Development Program Manager will help set the strategy for leadership development programming, ensuring alignment with company and HR priorities. This individual will lead the design, facilitation, and continuous improvement of leadership programs that enable leaders to navigate complex business challenges and drive organizational success.
What you'll do:
- Set Strategy & Governance - Define the vision, goals, and governance structure for assigned leadership development programs aligned with organizational priorities.
- Consult & Partner - Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR, ensuring programs integrate with performance management and the talent cycle.
- Design & Deliver Programs - Create and facilitate impactful leadership programs (e.g., Rogers Director Program, ADP, Frontline Leadership) that build foundational capabilities.
- Measure & Improve - Establish KPIs and measurement strategies to track program impact and continuously enhance initiatives based on feedback and trends.
- Manage Resources & Stakeholders - Optimize resources, maintain schedules, and engage stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient delivery of programs.
- Promote Continuous Learning - Foster a culture of leadership growth and ongoing development across the organization.
- Handle essential administrative tasks to support program delivery, including scheduling meetings, booking venues, coordinating catering, and managing logistics.
- Provide flexible support to the broader Learning team by leading or assisting with key projects as needed, ensuring continuity during critical periods or organizational priorities.
What you'll bring:
- Post-secondary education in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership development, program design, and facilitation.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align programs with business priorities.
- Proven experience managing complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and measure program effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); experience with learning platforms an asset.
- High energy, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
