The Rogers for Business (R4B) Business Planning & Transformation team is seeking a candidate for our open Manager, Business Architecture position supporting both our Transformation and Business Leadership Council driven initiatives. This is a 12 month contract to cover a maternity leave on our team.

 

As Business Architects, we work to develop an integrated view of R4B using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework and digital transformation techniques. In collaboration with our Technology counterparts we turn customer and business needs into executable deliverables that drive success. Our transformation will enable us to catch-up and go further than our competitors by reimagining the business from end to end putting the needs of our customers at the centre of everything we do.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with stakeholders to refine work package scope and complexity.
  • Schedule and facilitate workshops to design/ improve process flow/ customer journeys.
  • Document process flows and customer journeys.
  • Gather and document high level requirements to support process flows and customer journeys.
  • Present process flows and customer journeys for sign off.
  • Ensure that work packages are completed on time to the required quality.
  • Identify gaps in our Business Architecture and their relative severity so that appropriate work packages can be scoped.


What you will bring:

  • The ability to align multiple processes into a cohesive and integrated journey that satisfies customer and employee requirements enabling R4B to meet its KPIs.
  • Knowledge of TM Forum “Frameworx” with emphasis on the Business Process Framework (eTOM) – certification an asset.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt) that required improvement delivery evaluation as part of certification.
  • Superior knowledge and usage of process mapping and modelling tools such as iGrafx or Visio.
  • Experience designing, implementing and improving Sales, Marketing and Customer Service processes that engage with Business Customers.
  • 5+ years of applicable work experience, with knowledge of business cable, wireless and fibre products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives to meet objectives.
  • Experience with operational support processes and requirements for a large organization.
  • Undergraduate degree in business and/or related experience.
