Manager, Campaign Management CRM

The Manager, Campaign Management will support Rogers Wireless teams by providing data analysis, operational management and strong leadership to an agile, cross functional team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Campaign Management CRM Operations, this person will be an instrumental part of a team that is accountable to enable execution of Marketing activities.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Support operations in an evolving campaign management environment
  • Support an agile squad as a representative of campaign execution
  • Support the team with Marketing programs using Inbound, Digital and various Outbound channels
  • Support evolving adoption of Campaign Management technology
  • Liaison with technical support teams for issue resolution and development of best practices within CRM environment.
  • Identify opportunities to increase work flow and minimize obstacles against Work In Progress

What you bring: 

  • Post secondary degree in a business or technical discipline
  • Must have 5+ years of Digital/Analytical/CRM support experience; knowledge of the telecommunications industry an asset
  • Demonstrated strong customer service orientation; strong team player, cross-functional collaboration, interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, experience in task automation
  • Agile thinker with strong analytical skills and sound decision-making skills
  • Ability to explain complex topics in concise, easy-to-understand language
  • Strong proficiency in database analysis
  • Experience using SAS tools is required
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment


Chef d'équipe, Gestions de Campagne CRM

Le Chef d'équipe, Gestions de Campagne supportera les activité d’analyse est d’opérations Marketing pour les marques diverses de sans-fils chez Rogers. Relevant du chef Principal, Gestions de Campagne CRM, cette personne sera un élément essentiel d'une équipe responsable de l'exécution des activités Marketing.

Mandat et responsabilités:

  • Gestions des taches en opérations de Marketing
  • Diriger et supporter une équipe agile comme représentants pour notre équipe.
  • Permettre l'exécution des projets de marketing entrant, sortant et numérique.
  • Soutenir l’adoption de nouvelles technologies et logiciels.
  • Liaison avec T.I., équipes support techniques afin d’assurer d’être prêts à accomplir les projets.

Compétences: 

  • Diplôme postsecondaire dans une dans une discipline technique ou de gestion
  • Plus de 5 and d’expérience en Analyse/CRM/E-Marketing; connaissances en télécommunications un atout.
  • Esprit d’équipe; capacité de travailler de façon autonome ainsi que dans un environnement d’équipe inter fonctionnelle.
  • Aptitude exceptionnelle à communiquer à l’oral et à l’écrit dans le cadre des présentations.
  • Axée sur les détails, automatisation et standardisations des activités
  • Esprit d’initiative et capacité de relever de nouveaux défis et d’accomplir de nouvelles tâches de façon proactive.
  • Capabilité de s'expliquer clairement des concepts et des thèmes complexes
  • Maîtrise des concepts de base de donnes.
  • Connaissance de logiciel(s) SAS requis
  • Maîtrise des logiciels PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Capabilité de s'adapter aux besoins changeants, être stimulé par un environnement professionnel en constante évolution
