Job Description: Manager, Campaign Mgmt & Analytics, Rogers Bank


The Manager, Campaign Mgmt & Analytics, will be responsible for Campaign Management and Business Insights for Rogers Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rogers Communications Inc. The role is ideal for someone interested in joining an iconic Canadian brand with an entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will be someone who not only can help drive efficient data-driven actionable targeting and insights across the Bank but can also build and maintain strong partnerships, understand and align activity with our strategic priorities, and influence, empower and engage a team to enable change and drive results.


How You’ll Succeed

  • Champion the planning, design, development and implementation of Rogers Bank’s Campaign Management, Business Intelligence and Business Analytics/Insights functions for the MasterCard credit card business.
  • Act as a key contact between various business units to make in-depth marketing and business analysis recommendations.
  • Guide end-to-end Marketing Technology (MarTech), business insights and reporting framework to improve business efficiencies, automation and scale the operations.
  • Lead periodic (i.e. bi-monthly, monthly) data insights reports, stakeholders presentations, and prime on prioritization of analytical insights.
  • Advises and makes actionable recommendations to stakeholders on strategic initiatives related to marketing, campaign management and business effectiveness
  • Support requirements gathering and implementing Bank Marketing Modernization (Martech/ Adtech) effort and recommend adequate/ best practices to scale marketing processes, data and technology solutions.
  • Build executive dashboards, provide recommendations and drive changes to improve processes and capabilities
  • Leveraging analytics, insights and best practices to improve decision-making and campaign development activities

What you bring to the role…

  • Experience differentiators:
    • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management in the Credit Card business
    • University degree in business, marketing, finance, math, computer science or related field
    • Experience in using data warehouse, Campaign mgt and Reporting tools such as SAS Customer Intelligence Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Journey, SQL programming, Power BI and Tableau
    • Experience in Marketing technology, customer segmentation, business analysis and insights-driven targeting strategies
    • Strong storytelling capability from a complex and vast data set
    • Experience in working with financial/marketing information, including business cases, KPIs, ROI, NPV
    • Knowledge of database architecture fundamentals and best practices
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) to interact effectively with senior leadership
