About the role

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced communicator to join our corporate and internal communications team. In this role, you’ll leverage your knowledge and expertise across internal and leader communications to engage and inspire our teams across the country to deliver the best experience possible to our customers and to strengthen the culture that continues to drive our success. What you will do:

  • Build and deliver strategic and thoughtful internal and executive communications to teams across our business, and across the country
  • Produce product compelling materials and assets to bring our purpose, values and strategic priorities to life including presentations, videos, messaging, Q&A’s, leadership messages and speaking points, and content to publish across our internal platforms
  • Organize and execute engaging forums and events that bring together our leaders and our teams across the country to engage in open dialogue with our executive leadership team
  • Collaborate across our communications team to ensure leaders across our business deliver a consistent message to build understanding and awareness of our vision and priorities
  • Actively research and bring forward new, creative ideas to ensure we  


What we are looking for:

  • A team player with a knack for building relationships and effective collaboration
  • A strategic and detailed-oriented communicator, who is a storyteller at heart
  • Excellent writing skills with an ability to distill complex ideas into simple and compelling content
  • Proactive, resourceful, accountable, and happy working both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable navigating a highly matrixed environment, working across teams to deliver communications and programs against tight deadlines


What you’ll bring to our team:

  • 5- 7 years experience in corporate, internal/employee or leader communications
  • A passion for building culture and drive the performance of an organization
  • Exceptional presentation and communications skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to drive a sustained, strategic communications program that delivers measurable results
  • Strategic and creative thinker
  • Ability to take initiative, be resourceful, proactive and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Post-secondary education in communications or public relations
