The Residential Base Management team is looking for an experienced data-driven marketer to define and develop targeted end of promotion strategies to drive base revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Revenue Management, this role will focus on developing and executing strategic marketing plans at end of promotion that are focused on reducing churn and improving ARPA while also identifying new opportunities to grow the consumer portfolio.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Contribute to quarterly and longer term marketing plan development for overall base strategy and revenue growth opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional partners through collaboration and open communication
  • Define, develop, and execute base marketing strategies from end to end (includes opportunity sizing, targeting, segmentation, creative review, reporting and analysis) focused on reducing churn and driving ARPA
  • Identify key enablers to improve execution, productivity and overall revenue growth within and across departments
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on program design, implementation and execution
  • Ensure that partner teams are well informed on the objectives of each program to ensure greatest impact for both inbound and outbound activity
  • Ensure front-line has consistent content, positioning and offers
  • Review program performance proactively to report against objectives and to maximize performance across all channels    
  • Crafting stories with a beginning, middle and an end based in analysis and insights both internal and external

 

What you bring:

  • Strong analytical skills in order to be able to interpret data and generate insight and action against program metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task within tight deadlines
  • Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo with innovative customer centric approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional partners through collaboration and open communication
  • Experience with direct tactics (SMS, DM, EM, Digital) to create marketing programs
  • Advanced/expert MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • 5+ years of experience with a Bachelors degree in business or equivalent
