Title: Manager, Connected Home Value Proposition
 
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Value Proposition, the Manager will support long term planning & implementation of large strategic projects focused on the evolution of the Connected Home value proposition that will deliver on annual subscriber and revenue targets. You would be working very closely with the Brand, Commercial Strategy, Channel, Digital, Product and Go To Market (GTM) teams to get alignment across the organization on the overall strategy & bring these projects to market.
 
Responsibilities:
•    Support the creation and evolution of the value prop framework for Connected Home, driving differentiation and value to our customers
•    Lead cross functional programs to detail customer sub-segments (needs, wants, size) that should be targeted
•    Drive brand differentiation so that the value proposition and execution (advertising, sales, Customer Base Management (CBM), Care) for each segment maximizes overall ROI for RCI
•    Focus on quantitative market assessments to drive marketing programming over time.
•    Measure performance of large strategic projects & drive ongoing results of key program objectives with a commercial mindset
•    Deliver end-to-end marketing programs and initiatives, from concept & financials to execution
•    Support the Connected Home customer experience and roadmap to drive best-in-class channel experience and self-serve adoption
•    Connected Home digital strategy to meet the marketing objectives and priorities by identifying areas of opportunity 
•    Partner with key stakeholders to aid in consolidate and prioritize digital and product requests across the Connected Home marketing business
•    Support & coordinate connected home plan to grow key customer experience metric: Likelihood to Recommend 
•    Support large cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the business (Brand, Pricing, CBM, GTM, Sales channels) to deliver business objectives
 
Qualifications:
•    Consumer-facing technology industry Experience 
•    Experience in project management and cross-functional leadership
•    End to End Marketing thought leadership across the 7 Ps 
•    Transferrable in-depth knowledge base on customer propositions/product set 
•    Market, Competitive and Customer Insights and Strategy bench strength 
•    Curiosity to solve pain points, address needs and deliver best in class customer experience 
•    Growth mindset with desire to push past ambiguity, challenge status quo and create value 
•    Agile, outcome based, test & learn mentality 
•    Excellent written & verbal communication skills
•    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to influence without authority
