This person’s mandate will be to implement Wireless Products and Pricing strategies established by Product and Commercial Strategy as part of a Transformation project to drive digital adoption, simplification and to improve financial performance.

 

With strong knowledge of industry products and solutions, the incumbent will lead the implementation of Wireless solutions in a new IT stack. Fundamental to the success of this role is the ability to collaborate with cross functional partners, drive strategic decisions, recognize opportunities for improvement and keep customer experience top of mind.

 

What you will be doing:

  • You are the R4B Wireless Product expert for Salesforce implementation
  • Deliver on the Transformation roadmap and provide regular updates at the working level and up to SLT
  • Partner with Product Managers to provide requirements to develop Wireless Products and functionality in Salesforce
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with focus on simplification, user experience, ease of maintenance and future market trends
  • Support Agile development in Salesforce and Waterfall development in legacy IT stacks
  • Participate in functional and technical design, QA and BRT testing
  • Lead Go to Market activities of each marketable launch
  • Build strong and ongoing relationships with business leads, assisting on business specific analysis 
  • Work collaboratively across the organization, facilitating effective communication across business units and functional lines of business

 

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Telecom Industry with exposure to Wireless Billing systems, Products or pricing
  • Experience in SFDC and/or Vlocity
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Exhibit strong analytical proficiencies, advanced in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and SQL
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs in a fast paced environment
  • Superior written & verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across the organization.
  • Solid relationship building and influencing skills with a proven ability to work within a team environment.
  • A master storyteller that can anchor their work & recommendations to facts and numbers that tie into business results.
  • Passionate and committed, and can go ‘above and beyond’ always raising the stakes in their role.
