Manager, Workplace Experience

You have a keen knowledge of the Rogers culture and know how to get things done within our complex and fast-paced organization. Your passion for providing a best in class workplace experience for our employees is embedded in everything that you do.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead return-to-workplace employee and workplace experience and employee journey for a hybrid work model in the medium and long term, including an ambassador program to support employees
  • Provide vision and roadmap for national workplace experience, including benchmarking against leading organizations and emerging trends
  • Integrate workplace experience with employee engagement, well-being, and accessibility roadmap. 
  • Evolve and standardize workplace change management and communication playbooks, including the end-to-end employee experience transition to modern workplace and target state workplace experience 
  • Measure the success of our workplace program through employee feedback and utilization studies.  Create action plans for opportunities and areas of improvement
  • Lead annual employee engagement analysis for workplace experience and technology experience, including action planning.
  • Lead long-term planning and investment portfolio for workplace experience and integration with overall corporate real estate and HR team

What you have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in leading a team with proven facilitation skills
  • Passion for providing an employee experience that drives productivity, collaboration and a sense of belonging
  • Practical and theoretical change management experience, especially in a large scale, fast paced environment. PROSCI certification would be an asset.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills and ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Graduate Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Knowledge and experience with IT systems and technology tools that enable a mobile and collaborative workforce
  • Experience in managing operations and service providers would be an asset.
