The Manager, Bank Campaign Management will be have complete accountability for managing the campaign management function within the Bank Data Analytics Department.  Reporting to the Senior Manager - Data Insights, this position is an instrumental part of the team accountable for delivering acquisition and customer based campaigns. The Manager, Bank Campaign Management will work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Credit Risk, Operations, and Data Insights Teams to deliver the data for targeted campaigns through multiple channels of delivery (i.e. email, Direct Mail, SMS)

 

What will you be doing:

  • Lead and have total accountability of the Campaign Management function with a focus on excellence in execution.  You will work in conjunction with the Marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns supporting customer acquisition and customer based activities and objectives.
  • Managing and coordinating requirements from multiple functional stakeholders, managing and providing recurring communication and status updates, implementing process improvements to the Campaign Management function where needed.
  • Work closely with other cross-functional groups in support of delivering the required data needed to execute campaigns.  This would include Operations, Credit Risk, and other members in the Data Analytics team, along with members within RCI.
  • Provide consulting and best practices on the use of the data that is available.
  • Participate and represent the campaign management function in on-going and new projects within Rogers Bank and/or RCI.
  • Support and provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to the Marketing team where needed

 

What you bring:

  • A love of data.  Ability to learn about different data sources and subject areas in order to deliver on requirements for marketing campaigns.
  • High level of attention to detail, and strong organization skills in planning own work to support excellent delivery.
  • Strong sense of ownership, positive can do attitude, and enthusiasm
  • Strong technical skills in using a variety of tools to query, extract and manipulate data, including tools such as SQL and SAS.
  • Experience and understanding in marketing campaign management with a focus on execution.
  • 3 to 5+ years experience in data analytics, insight, database marketing
  • Strong sense of ownership, positive can do attitude, and enthusiasm
  • Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills and ability to work with cross functional groups
  • Knowledge of Rogers Communications data and/or banking industry experience is an asset
