We are looking for an experienced and talented Manager CSR to join our team. 

What you will be doing:

  • Work with Sr. Director, CSR and broader CSR team to ensure we are meeting our commitments and goals around ESG.
  • Help manage and execute the Employee Giving and Volunteer program at Rogers
  • Help manage the digital inclusion programs, working with non-profit housing providers and associations on providing tenants with low-cost internet
  • Help deliver the annual Rogers CSR/ESG Report.
  • Work closely with internal key stakeholders around program amplification: Corporate Communications, Brand, Government Relations, Wireless, Connected Home, etc.

What you have:

  • 5-8 years experience in developing and implementing CSR, Community, and Sustainability programs and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge within sustainability, environmental, and community engagement.
  • Ability to work with various cross-functional teams, lead teams and programs, and seamlessly execute community and employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated creativity, organizational and analytical skills
  • Demonstration of problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
  • High attention to detail across all mediums of communication
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment
